In order to get insight into the optimal structure for your organization it is often helpful to analyze how other companies are organized.

HumanConcepts is analyzing and categorizing organizational charts from companies of all sizes and industries into an online org chart reference library called Reference Org Charts. Our reference library is constantly being expanded and updated to include additional staff functions and business units (names of individuals are not included).

If you contribute your company's chart(s) to our library, you will be granted access to the library (current scheduled to be available December 2011).
