You will systematically archive visual, point-in-time organizational charts for regulatory compliance, workforce analysis and general executive requests.
You will maintain “snapshots” of key organizational structure and metric data for later trend analysis.
You will preserve key organizational information in support of audits and compliance with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley.
You will better understand staffing levels as they relate to business factors such as revenue, seasonal variances, business conditions and management resources.
You will generate reports to monitor, benchmark and compare key performance indicators as the organization evolves.
