You will make decisions based on accurate org charts, metrics and summary information, rather than faulty HR data degraded by daily changes or major system conversions.
You will visually uncover and spotlight errors such as invalid hierarchies and unassigned employees (“orphans”) and teams, then assign and delegate tasks to correct inaccuracies.
You will reduce faulty assumptions and minimize costly missteps when making organizational decisions.
