OrgPlus Enterprise - Security Overview

Summary:

OrgPlus Enterprise will not run properly if Internet Explorer security is set to "High." This article describes how to configure Internet Explorer so that OrgPlus Enterprise can be used in a "high" security environment. OrgPlus requires technologies that are not enabled when Internet Explorer is set to "high" security; however, you can add OrgPlus Enterprise Server as a trusted site so that it can be used.

Procedure:

Configuring Internet Explorer:

• Launch Internet Explorer
• Select Internet Options... from the Tools menu.
• Select the Security tab.
• Click on the Trusted sites button.
• Set the Security Level to Medium (or lower) using the slider on the left (You may need to click on the Default Level button for the slider to appear).





• Select the Sites... button.




• Type in the URL of your OrgPlus Enterprise server (You may need to uncheck the "Require server verification..." checkbox depending on if https is enabled on your server.)
• Click Add to add OrgPlus Enterprise to your trusted sites.
• Click OK.
• Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog.
